Pipob On-Mo (Thai: พิภพ อ่อนโม้, born April 22, 1979), simply known as Mo (Thai: โม้), is a Thai professional football player who plays as a Striker for Thai Leagues T1 club Chonburi.

The career of Pipob On-Mo began in 2000 with BEC Tero Sasana F.C.. He won two championships and two runner-up with the club. Although the club in 2003 was the final of the AFC Champions League, but did not Pipob used. Since 2007 he plays for Chonburi F.C..
