History of Bangkok Glass FC

Bangkok Glass FC was founded in 2006 and played in the Khor Royal Cup, the fourth level of the Thai football league.

During their first Premier League season, the club was managed by Hans Emser, a German coach. Under his service, the club was unbeaten for twelve league games in a row. With no doubt he was the most successful coach for Bangkok Glass FC, but Emser declared after the season that he preferred to work with the youth team rather than the senior team.

Carlos Roberto tenure was short-lived as he was sacked in October 2010 after two heavy defeats to PEA Buriram and Osotspa Saraburi and Bangkok Glass finished a disappointing 5th in the in the 2010 season. The next coach was Supasin Leelarit and Surachai Jaturapattarapong was re-appointed as head coach at the end of the 2011 season. He was forced to step once again in October 2012 and was replaced by Phil Stubbins. Bangkok Glass finished the season a disappointing 8th in the PLT 2012 and Phil Stubbins stepped down in March 2013.
